How it works
Scope, credits,
and protection.
Everything you need to know before booking. What’s included, what counts as extra, and how to avoid surprises on both ends.
Retainer Plans
What each tier actually gets you.
| Tier | Price | Videos | Shoot Days | Photos | Add-ons |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $129/mo | 2 edited | 1 day | 10 | — |
| Builder | $249/mo | 4 edited | 2 days | 25 | Aerial available |
| Visionary | $449/mo | 5 edited | 4 days | 50 | Aerial, multilingual, strategy session, same-day delivery |
Can I mix and match deliverables within my tier?
Yes — within reason. Each tier runs on a credit system under the hood. 1 shoot hour = 2 credits. 1 edited video = 2 credits. 5 photos = 1 credit. Aerial = 3 credits. Event coverage (3hrs) = 3 credits. Multilingual post = 2 credits per language. Same-day delivery = 2 credits. Strategy session = 4 credits. Starter = 10 credits. Builder = 22 credits. Visionary = 44 credits. Scope is agreed before the billing cycle starts — no mid-month surprises.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits expire at the end of the billing cycle. This protects the production schedule and keeps the workflow clean. The solution is to plan your month upfront — scope is finalized together before the cycle begins.
What is the Visionary video cap?
The Visionary tier is capped at 5 edited videos per month. This is a quality protection measure — not a limitation. Beyond 5 videos per month at that tier, post-production quality degrades. If you need more volume, a Production Day rate or custom scope is the right structure.
What counts as an “edited video”?
Any video that goes through color grading, sound mixing, and editorial cuts — reels, brand videos, testimonials, event highlights, instructional content. Raw footage delivery does not count as an edited video. Same-day delivery is a separate add-on (2 credits) applied on top of the edit.
Booking Process
How a project gets confirmed.
What happens after I fill out the intake form?
Response within 48 hours to schedule a consultation call. On the call: scope is finalized, deliverables are agreed, timeline is set. After the call: e-signature agreement is sent. Your slot is confirmed when the agreement is signed and the deposit is received.
What are the payment options?
Retainer clients: 3-month minimum commitment. First month billed upfront to confirm your slot. Months 2 and 3 billed on the same date each cycle. Month 3 is complimentary — you are only invoiced for months 1 and 2. One-off and wedding clients: 50% deposit to confirm the booking, or a three-payment plan. Remaining balance due before delivery. All payments processed via Stripe.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Rescheduling is accommodated with 72 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations within 72 hours of the shoot forfeit the deposit. Retainer contracts run a 3-month minimum. Early cancellation within the commitment window forfeits the remaining deposit. After the initial term, cancellations require 30 days written notice — the current billing cycle is non-refundable.
Do you travel outside Philadelphia?
Yes. Service area covers PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD, DC, and NC without additional fees for most projects. Travel beyond that range is quoted case by case. Destination weddings and international institutional projects are available — contact for rates.
Scope Protection
What counts as extra.
What triggers an additional charge?
Anything outside the agreed scope requires a separate credit draw or a new invoice. This includes: additional shoot hours beyond the booked window, revision rounds beyond two, additional edited videos beyond the tier maximum, rush delivery not agreed upfront, and additional locations not included in the original brief.
How many revision rounds are included?
Two revision rounds per deliverable. Revisions must be submitted as a consolidated list — not in separate messages. Revision round 3 and beyond is billed at $75/hour. This protects the timeline and incentivizes clear creative direction upfront.
What is the turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days per edited video. Event coverage highlights: 5 business days. Same-day delivery is available as a credit add-on (2 credits) and must be agreed before the shoot. Raw footage delivery: 24–48 hours.
Who owns the footage?
Noise Soul Cinema retains the right to use footage in portfolio, reel, and promotional materials unless a buyout is negotiated. The client receives full usage rights for the agreed deliverables. Full footage buyout is available — priced per project.
